Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Coastal Threads website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Products and Orders

• All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service at our discretion
• Product colors may vary slightly from images due to monitor and photography differences
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; we are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state law
• Payment is required at time of order. We accept major credit cards and other methods shown at checkout
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order

Shipping and Delivery

• We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
• We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or delivery failures outside our control

Returns and Refunds

• Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Sale items, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return
• To initiate a return, contact hello@coastalthreadsdemo.com with your order number
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable; return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
